QUARTERBACKS

1 Joey Harrington Oregon
Harrington proved his ability to be a big time playmaker in the Fiesta Bowl on New Year's Day. Harrington has good size (6-4, 220)and could be a top five pick.
2764 yards, 27 td, 6 int

Carr has good touch, but also has a great arm. He is mature, and isn't afraid to take a hit. He has improved immensely this season.

3 Patrick Ramsey Tulane
Ramsey is a good pocket passer, but needs to work on his passing outside the pocket. An impressive scouting combine has his stock soaring. He finds himself as a probable second round pick.

5 Rohan Davey Lousiana State
He has the size (6-4, 240) and strength of a linebacker and a great arm, but lacks experience. He only started for one season, so it will take time before he becomes an impact player in the NFL.

Size and strength, but incosistency and histor of injuries make Fasani a questionable prospect.

O'Sullivan is smart and athletic, but has a slow release.

Quarteback Notes
It is a two man race to see who the top quarterback selected this year will be. Joey Harrington's great Fiesta Bowl performance has moved him ahead of David Carr. Both have the ability to start and succeed at the next level and should be first round draft choices. Kurt Kittner and Rohan Davey should be selected on the first day of the draft and have the potential to make an impact in the NFL in the future. Aside from those four, none of the others have a good chance of being a starter in the NFL. A couple might become serviceable back-ups and spot starters. This isn't a great draft for quarterbacks.
